This website, getdownshift.co, is operated by SEG Holdings LLC, doing business as downshift ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products

Nightcap is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using it. Keep out of reach of children.

Product images on this site may be concept renderings. Final packaging may differ. We try to describe products accurately, but we don't warrant that every description is free of errors.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and may change before you order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Waitlist and launch credit

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create an order. The $10 launch credit applies to your first 30-stick box only, not the 7-stick trial, and can't be exchanged for cash.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval you select until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Communications

If you sign up for email or text messages, you can unsubscribe at any time. Text messages are sent only if you give separate consent. Message and data rates may apply.

Content and use of the site

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Payments, shipping and some site features are handled by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
