Nightcap launches in January 2027. Shipping rates, carriers and delivery times will be posted here and shown at checkout before launch.

Joining the waitlist is free. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you place an order.

Where we ship

We currently plan to ship within the United States. Any change will be posted here before launch.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at hello@getdownshift.co with your order number. We'll replace it or refund it.
