Nightcap: 30-day money-back guarantee on your first box

Your first box of Nightcap comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. We'll refund the amount you paid for that first box to your original payment method.

The guarantee covers your first box only. Later boxes and subscription renewals aren't covered, but you can cancel a subscription anytime before your next renewal.

Surge: 30-night money-back guarantee

Every Surge order comes with a 30-night money-back guarantee. If Surge isn't right for you or the person you bought it for, contact us within 30 nights of the delivery date shown in your tracking. We'll refund the full amount you paid for the order to your original payment method.

You don't need to send Surge back. Keep the band or pass it on. Any free gifts included with your order are yours to keep too.

How to request a refund

1. Go to our contact page or email hello@getdownshift.co.
2. Include your order number and the email address you ordered with.
3. We'll confirm by email and issue the refund. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.

Payment

You pay at checkout, like any order. The guarantee is a refund after purchase, not a free trial or delayed payment.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
