Try your first box of downshift for up to 90 days. If it isn't right for you, for any reason, email us within 90 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking and we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method.

You don't need to send anything back. Keep the box. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no questions.

The guarantee covers your first box, one per customer. Later boxes and subscription renewals aren't covered, and you can cancel a subscription anytime before your next renewal.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@getdownshift.co or use our contact page.
2. Include your order number and the email address you ordered with.
3. We'll confirm by email and issue the refund. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.

Payment

You pay at checkout, like any order. The guarantee is a refund after purchase, not a free trial or delayed payment.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
